The induction welder for synthetic waterproofing membranes was designed to make roofing installations smarter, safer, and more efficient.

The system uses induction technology to weld the membrane to metal discs positioned on the roof, ensuring a watertight installation and maximum reliability, without the need to pierce the membrane.

Based on induction technology, the system allows the membrane to be welded directly to the metal discs attached to the roof, eliminating the need for drilling and reducing the risk of leaks.

Thanks to the various coil configurations, the generator adapts to any installation requirement: control and precision on curved surfaces, and fast operation on flat surfaces. All solutions are compatible with the RubberFix system.

Maximum freedom of movement for large-surface applications: the Stand-UP version is designed for standing work, offering ergonomics, precision, and control even during the most extensive manual operations.

When necessary, the spool can be detached from the holder and held directly by the operator, allowing easy access to curved surfaces, complex geometries, and hard-to-reach areas without compromising process quality.
