Me.Ro systems are designed to treat materials up to 3500 mm in width, with the ability to operate on one or both sides while maintaining a constant Corona dose throughout the entire production cycle.

The special aluminum electrodes are designed to maintain a uniform discharge distance across the entire width of the material.
The unique mounting system connects the electrodes to the structure at multiple points along the top beam, allowing for free thermal expansion without altering theset Air-GAP.
Upon request, it is also possible to install stainless steel electrodes for specific applications.

The pneumatic opening of the hood facilitates material feeding and improves accessibility during maintenance operations.
The Corona rollers are statically and dynamically balanced and feature a speed sensor. Safety switches automatically cut off the power supply if the hood is opened, while electromagnetic compatibility complies with the standards EN 55011 and EN 50082-2.
