Blown film extrusion lines require corona treatment systems capable of ensuring uniform discharge, high reliability, and continuous production throughout the entire extrusion process.
Me.Ro systems are designed to treat films up to 9,000 mm in width (agricultural film), with the ability to treat one or both sides of the material while maintaining a strictly constant Corona dose.

Electrodes designed to ensure uniformity and stability of treatment
System developed to maintain a constant air gap
Me.Ro electrodes are made of aluminum and designed to ensure maximum uniformity of the discharge distance across the entire width of the film.
The unique mounting system connects the electrode to the structure at multiple points on the upper beam, allowing for natural expansion during operation without altering theset Air-GAP.
The Swing Away system also allows the electrodes to automatically move away from the Corona roller when the film thickens, preventing potential damage.
Segmented Electrodes for Maximum Production Flexibility
Precise adjustment of treatment width and zones
Segmented electrodes are available upon request, allowing for independent positioning of each element, making it possible to quickly adjust the treatment width or select specific areas of the film.
The locking system holds the segments firmly in the set position, ensuring that the electrode adjustment remains perfectly unchanged throughout the entire production run.
