Electrodes Designed to Last
Designed to protect the Corona roller and maintain consistent treatment quality
The Me.Ro are designed to perform a slight rotation that allows them to automatically move away from the Corona roller in the event of film thickening or irregularities, preventing potential damage.
The unique design of the electrodes was developed to ensure maximum power transfer to the film, while keeping the electrode surface cleaner during operation. The electrode structure is also designed to compensate for thermal expansion that occurs during the process, helping to maintain a perfectly uniform air gap across the entire width of the film.

Special eccentrics distributed along the electrode allow for fine adjustment of the Air Gap, optimizing the distribution of the corona discharge and ensuring uniform treatment across the entire width of the material.
