The Me.Ro Corona Treatment Systems guarantee high performance on all materials currently used in the packaging industry, including plastic films and metallized films. The systems are designed to ensure treatment stability, process control, and operational continuity, even under the most demanding production conditions.

Over the years, Me.Ro has gained extensive experience in the BOPP and PET film sector, keeping pace with the evolution of extrusion and converting lines. This expertise has led to the development of systems capable of operating at high line speeds and wide working widths, while maintaining high and consistent treatment levels.

Our response to market demand has led us to develop increasingly powerful generators (currently 125 kW) and corona discharge stations capable of delivering these power levels to the film.

The use of increasingly powerful high-frequency generators and discharge stations designed to transfer high power levels to the film allows us to achieve absolutely reliable performance, recognized internationally. The Me.Ro systems operate at speeds of up to 1000 m/min and operating widths of up to 12 m, without compromising treatment quality.
