Ozone Destructor
(NOZON model)
Corona treatment inevitably generates ozone, which must be neutralized before being released into the atmosphere. The NOZON abatement unit is designed to convert ozone into oxygen, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Main Features:
- Efficiency: Residual ozone output below 0.1 ppm, thanks to a special catalytic absorber.
- Versatility: Can be installed on extrusion and conversion lines, handling air flow rates of up to 10,000 m³/h.
- Unlimited Lifespan: The catalytic absorber is protected by a multi-level filtering system (bag filters, 1-micron filters, and alumina filters) that preserves its efficiency over time.
- Construction: Entirely made of stainless steel to ensure robustness and resistance.
- Maintenance: Openable system for quick and easy filter maintenance.

Liquids for Surface Tension
Our liquids guarantee an exact measurement of surface tension.
An accurate measurement of the treatment level achieved on plastic materials is crucial to prevent material waste and issues in subsequent production stages.
Main Features:
- Precision: Provide an exact value (in mN/m or Dyne/cm) to assess the effectiveness of the treatment.
- Compliance: Prepared in compliance with the strict ASTM D2578 standard.
Test Procedure and Warnings
The test is simple but requires attention:
- Environmental Conditions: Perform the test at 23 °C and 50% relative humidity.
- Application: Apply a thin layer of liquid on the film using a cotton swab.
- Value Reading: The correct value is that of the liquid that remains intact on the surface for at least 2 seconds without forming droplets.
Warnings:
- Use a new cotton swab for each test (do not mix the liquids).
- Immediately close the bottles after use to preserve their integrity.
