CARACTERISTICS
Built in aluminium and stainless steel to avoid corrosion due to the presence of ozone inside the discharge station.
High mechanical and electrical strenght of H.V. Insulators.
Precise AIR GAP regulation along the entire lenght of the electrodes.
stainless steel AISI 316 electrodes. Any electrode, thanks to a special construction has the characteristic to remain steady during heating-up phase because of the possibility to expand easily. Any electrode can swing on its axis if hit by knots or some other parts on the film. The electrode moves away from the roller and comes back in its working position through the action of the springs.
Highly efficient treatment due to the special shape of the discharge electrode.
Insulated coating on discharge roller in silicone rubber (other coatings can be supplied on request).
Pneumatically-operated opening of the electrode housing hood to facilitate passage of film.
